How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your GoGoGammon account and the personal data associated with it, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your GoGoGammon account.
2. Include the following in your email:
   • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
   • Your GoGoGammon username
   • The email address associated with your account
3. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Account profile — email address, username, and profile picture
• ELO rating and statistics — your competitive rating and performance stats
• Bookmarked moves and saved positions — any moves or game positions you saved for review
• Friend connections and social data — your friend list and social interactions
• Push notification tokens — device tokens used for sending notifications

Data That Will Be Anonymized

The following data will be anonymized so that it is no longer linked to your identity:

• Game history and match records — retained in anonymized form for system integrity, but no longer associated with your account or identity

Data That May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required:

• Anonymized and aggregated analytics — gameplay analytics that are not linked to any individual user
• Legal obligations — data required to comply with legal obligations may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion
